The TGSI 306 is a durable tactile guiding tile manufactured from high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), designed to provide directional guidance for blind and visually impaired pedestrians.
The tile features four raised parallel guiding strips, creating a clearly detectable directional surface that can be recognized underfoot or with a white cane. When multiple tiles are installed together, the parallel strips form a continuous tactile guiding path indicating the direction of travel.
Its TPU construction provides a combination of durability, flexibility and wear resistance, making it a practical solution for a wide range of accessibility applications.
The standard tile size is 300 × 300 mm and it is available in black, white, yellow and grey, allowing the appropriate color to be selected according to the surrounding environment and project requirements.
TGSI 306 can be used to create tactile guiding paths in locations such as public buildings, transport facilities, railway and metro stations, airports, commercial buildings, pedestrian areas and other environments where directional tactile guidance is required.
Multiple tiles can be installed together to form a continuous tactile guiding route, helping blind and visually impaired users navigate safely and independently through the built environment.
