Aluminium stair nosing developed for accessible construction in accordance with DIN 18040. Profile 33714 provides continuous, visually contrasting marking across the tread and riser, helping improve stair-edge recognition and orientation for visually impaired users.

The 33714 Aluminium Stair Nosing Profile is designed specifically for accessible stair construction and is stated by the manufacturer to comply with the requirements of DIN 18040.
The profile creates continuous and visually high-contrast markings across both the tread and riser, helping visually impaired users identify stair edges and improving orientation on stairways.
Its robust aluminium construction provides durable protection to exposed stair edges, while a choice of anti-slip inserts allows the profile to be configured according to the requirements and appearance of the project.
Küberit identifies Profile 714 as suitable for use in both public and private buildings.
The profile has a 60 mm tread section and 50 mm riser section according to the technical drawing in the Product News brochure. It is supplied in 3.0 m lengths and offered in F2 stainless-steel-effect brushed and F4 silver aluminium finishes.
