Compact aluminium stair nosing with a 38 mm tread width and 16 mm vertical face, designed to protect stair edges and accommodate a self-adhesive slip-resistant insert. Available with several insert types and a wide selection of aluminium finishes, Profile 33711 provides a practical solution for improving grip and protecting stair corners in indoor applications.
The 33711 Aluminium Stair Nosing Profile is a compact stair-edge protection solution designed for use with a self-adhesive slip-resistant insert.
With dimensions of 38 mm wide × 16 mm high, the profile provides protection to the exposed stair corner without creating an unnecessarily large stair-edge detail. The technical drawing on page 1 also shows an approximately 13 mm wide recessed area for the slip-resistant insert.
The aluminium profile is supplied with countersunk fixing holes for secure mechanical installation. Once the profile has been fixed to the stair, the selected self-adhesive slip-resistant insert is applied into the recessed channel.
Three different insert systems are available, including non-granulated, granulated and PVC versions, providing different surface and colour options according to the requirements of the project.
Profile 33711 is available in 1.0 m, 2.5 m and 5.0 m lengths, making it convenient for both individual staircases and larger commercial projects.
