With a 64 mm tread width and 49.7 mm height, Profile 33707 provides durable edge protection and can be retrofitted after the flooring has been installed.

The 33707 Aluminium Safety Stair Nosing Profile is designed specifically for protecting and finishing rounded stair edges while providing a durable, replaceable PVC walking surface.
Manufactured from EN AW-6060 aluminium, the profile measures 64 mm wide × 49.7 mm high. Its curved front section is designed to follow and protect rounded stair nosings, making Profile 33707 a practical solution where conventional angular stair-edge profiles are unsuitable.
The aluminium profile accommodates interchangeable PVC inserts, available with either a smooth or grooved surface and in 10 different colours. This allows the stair nosing to be adapted to the surrounding interior or specified with a contrasting insert to provide clearer visual definition of the stair edge.
The manufacturer specifically recommends Profile 33707 for rounded wooden steps, stages and pedestals, with indoor use recommended.
A major advantage of this profile is its installation method: 33707 can be retrofitted after the flooring has already been laid, making it particularly suitable for renovation and refurbishment projects as well as existing staircases requiring improved edge protection.

Profile 33700 is suitable for applications such as:
Profile 33707 can be installed by screwing and/or bonding with a suitable adhesive onto a load-bearing surface.
For mechanical fixing, the profile is supplied with countersunk fixing holes designed for Ø3.5 mm screws.
Importantly, Profile 33707 is designed to be retrofitted after the flooring has already been installed. This makes it particularly useful for refurbishment projects and existing staircases where replacing or cutting back the existing floor finish is undesirable.
