Compact aluminium safety stair nosing designed for rounded stair edges, with a replaceable PVC insert available in smooth or grooved versions. The 54 × 49.7 mm profile provides durable stair-edge protection while its retrofit design allows installation after the existing flooring has been laid.

The 33708N Aluminium Safety Stair Nosing Profile is a compact stair-edge protection solution developed specifically for rounded steps.
Manufactured from EN AW-6060 aluminium, the profile measures 54 mm wide × 49.7 mm high. Its curved front section follows the shape of a rounded stair edge while protecting the exposed nosing from everyday wear and impact.
Profile 33708N accommodates an interchangeable PVC insert, allowing the walking surface to be replaced without replacing the complete aluminium profile. Inserts are available with either a smooth or grooved surface and in 10 different colours, providing options for both functional and visual requirements.
The profile is specifically intended for rounded wooden steps, stages and pedestals and is recommended for indoor applications.
Another important feature of Profile 33708N is its retrofit installation. The profile can be installed after the flooring has already been laid, making it particularly suitable for renovation projects and existing staircases requiring additional edge protection.
