Aluminium stair nosing designed specifically for LVT, CV and PVC floor coverings. The 48 × 18.5 mm profile features a 2.5 mm gauge and countersunk mechanical fixing for a clean, durable stair-edge finish.
Available in multiple anodized and polished aluminium finishes and in 2.5 m or 5.0 m lengths.
The 33859 Aluminium Stair Nosing Profile is designed for finishing and protecting stair edges installed with LVT, CV and PVC flooring.
Manufactured from aluminium, the profile combines a 48 mm tread width with a compact 18.5 mm vertical face and a 2.5 mm gauge. This geometry provides stair-edge coverage while maintaining a relatively discreet appearance.
The technical drawing on the manufacturer's datasheet shows the floor covering meeting the upper section of the stair nosing, with the 2.5 mm dimension corresponding to the floor-covering/profile interface. This makes 33859 particularly relevant for thin resilient flooring systems such as LVT and PVC.
The profile is countersunk drilled and designed for mechanical fixing with screws, providing secure attachment to the stair substrate without requiring a separate PVC or anti-slip insert.
Available in 2.5 m and 5.0 m lengths, Profile 33859 is offered in several anodized aluminium finishes as well as polished aluminium.
